Kathy or Lainey as we called her when I was little, was my guardian angel. Life wasn't always kind to us but she always looked out for me and did her best to keep me safe. Thank you all for your kind words about my mom. She was an amazing woman, and this is a devastating loss for so many! And for those of you that also knew my sister Diana, she has now passed too. So where do I start? I have so many happy memories, many hours of laughter, comparing children, grandchildren and what we would have done differently if given the chance. My friend , I will never forget all the times we spent cooking together and all those miserable dishes we did! Lol. You "straightening out" the children that you were forever babysitting. Your friendship I will most certainly miss but will never forget but that contagious laughter and that beautiful smile and plz don't forget the eyebrows! I lived you from day one my friend. Save a place for me because I will see you again and we will have fun times again. You will forever live in my heart and mine Kathy. At last you can relax and enjoy.....

We met during a dark time in both our lives, became instant friends and we were inseparable. Our friends called us 'Cagney and Lacey' but we corrected them and said 'No, we were more like Thelma and Louise'. We shared an apartment for almost a year and leaned on each others strength.
