Katherine Sue Foster, daughter of George William and Reva Ilene Anderson Foster, was born, January 17, 1960 in Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life, Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in Ozark Rehabilitation and Care Center, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of fifty-four years, three months and five days.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Compassus or National Downs Syndrome Society, and left at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at Freedom Cemetery, following the visitation.
