Kelly Lynn Thornhill (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Kelly Lynn Thornhill was born August 7, 1969 to Arthur Leon Thornhill and Arlene Ogle Thornhill in Waynesville, Missouri. She passed away in her home on Saturday, February 17, 2024. At the time of her passing, she was fifty-four years, six months and ten days of age.
Kelly moved with her family to Lebanon, Missouri when she was in the fourth grade. She attended Lebanon Schools and graduated from Lebanon High School in the class of 1990.
She is survived by her mother, Arlene Veasman of Lebanon, Missouri; her brother, Jerry Thornhill of Lebanon, Missouri; her step-father, Omer Veasman of Dixon, Missouri; several aunts, uncles and other friends, and those she loved at L.A.R.C., LINK and L.T.D.C.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Thornhill; her maternal and paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Lorraine Ogle and Arthur and Lillian Thornhill.
Kelly enjoyed traveling, and in her younger years, liked to roller skate, climb trees and ride her bike. She also liked music and dancing and doing cross-stitch. She loved animals and hanging out with her favorite dog, Bandit.
She was proud to have helped build the home she lived in, and also assisted in constructing her brother’s home as well.
When she was thirteen years old, she was credited with saving the life of a friend from drowning.
Her life rotated around her family. She was such a blessing to them and she enjoyed the activities they would do together. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her, but they will cherish the wonderful memories they made with her.
