Kenneth Henry (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Kenneth Henry. 92, Lebanon, MO, formerly of Malvern, Arkansas, died Friday, September 14, 2018, in Lebanon South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.F. and Mable Henry; and his wife, Martha “Marty” Henry.
Kenneth is survived by two sons, Larry Henry, of Lebanon, MO, and Lee Henry, and his wife, Sharon, of Dallas, GA.; two granddaughters, Elizabeth Shaffer, and her husband, Matt, and Rachel Kinsell, and her husband, Andrew; two great-grandchildren, Hudson and Stella; two brothers, Charles Henry, and hiw wife, Marsha, Waco, TX, and Robert Root, and his wife, Freda, Covington, KY; numerous other relatives and friends.
Kenneth was a World War II and Korean War veteran serving as a corpsman in the Marines and Navy. He was a dedicated teacher and principal in the Stoutland, Lebanon, and St. Charles school systems in Missouri, and a lifelong golf enthusiast. He attended St. Paul United Methodist Church in Malvern, AR and First United Methodist Church in Lebanon, MO.
A Celebration of life will be held at his childhood home in Baldwin, KS on October 7, 2018.
