Kenneth Wright (Mansfield)'s Obituary
Kenneth C. Wright, son of Roby and Nellie Wilson Wright was born October 1, 1943 in Wright County, Missouri and departed this life on April 21, 2011 in his home in Mansfield, Missouri at the age of sixty-seven years, six months and twenty days.
He was united in marriage to Okeema Walker and she preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Leon Wright; a sister, Phyllis Hunt;
a nephew, Brad Forrest and a niece, Kimberly Fisher.
Kenneth is survived by his sisters, Lou Forrest and Glenda Fisher both of Independence, Missouri; three nieces, Kelly Fisher, Leslie Lou Vermillo and Jocelyn Fisher; three nephews, Marc Hicks, Jimmy & Jonathan Fisher; several great nieces and nephews a host of other relatives and friends.
He grew up in Macomb and attended Norwood schools and moved to Mansfield several years ago. During his working years he drove a truck spreading lime on area farms, was a mail carrier and worked in construction.
In his spare time he loved to play cards and gamble.
Kenneth was a loving brother and uncle and a friend to many people. He will be remembered for his kind heart and love he had for his family. So long brother, “We Love You.”
