Kevin Dean Cross (Seymour)'s Obituary
Kevin Dean Cross, age 51 of Fordland, Missouri passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born Tuesday, May 2, 1967 in DeKalb, Illinois, the son of William (Bill) Cross and Yvonna Darlene (Denney) Cross. He was raised in the Seymour community and was of the Freewill Baptist faith. On February 16, 1996 he was united in marriage to Teresa Davis. Kevin enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and could be found tinkering around on small engines in the front yard. He had been employed as a telephone cable line installer for several years.
Kevin was preceded in death by his mother.
Surviving him is a daughter and son-in-law, Keely & Jon Matthews and their son Jackson of Fordland, MO; his ex-wife and Keely’s mother Teresa Cross of the home ; a step daughter Kendra Cunningham and husband Brock and children Brayden, Brycen and Briley of Fordland, MO ; a step-son Clayton Davis and wife Britni and children Braxton and Brently of Rogersville, MO; his father and step-mother Bill & Joyce Cross of Ava, a daughter Sheena Hutson of Cedar Gap, MO; a sister Cheryl Johnson and husband Jim of Seymour, MO; 2 brothers Roger Cross and wife Lori of Mansfield, MO and Ronnie Cross and wife Amy of Mechanicsville, VA, as well as other extended family and friends.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorial contributions may be left at the funeral home to assist his family in his final expenses.
