Kevin Oberlin (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Kevin Leslie Oberlin, son of Ken and Melva Weaver Ray, was born July 6, 1965, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Tuesday, September 29, 2020, in Mercy Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-five years, two months, and twenty days.
His father preceded him in death.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Melva Ray, of Lebanon, Missouri; two brothers, Doyle Embry, and his wife, Stephanie, and Robert Ray, and his wife, Crystal, all of Lebanon, Missouri; six sisters, Kimberly Gimlin, and her husband, Steve, of Springfield, Missouri, Teressie Morgan, and her husband, Jason, of Platte City, Missouri, Alice Hunt, of Lebanon, Missouri, Kendra Handley, and her husband, Jeff, of Lenexa, Kansas, Terri Givler, and her husband, Troy, of Springfield, Missouri, and Roxanne Rutkowski, and her husband, Dan, from the State of Florida; his grandmother, Viva Jean Ray; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in Lebanon and made his home with his family for his entire life. He graduated from Lebanon High School. He was a blessing to his family and was full of personality plus. He loved music and had a good sense of humor. He also was a big flirt at times. His family was very special to him and he especially enjoyed his brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews.
Kevin was a loving son, brother, uncle, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Services for Kevin Oberlin will be held privately.
