Kevin Dean Pitts (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Kevin Dean Pitts, age 55, of Bolivar, MO passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at his home. Kevin had been fighting diabetes and stage 5 renal failure for several years. Kevin was also blind in his left eye due to a stroke in March of 2018. Kevin was born July 21, 1970 to Ronnie and Bonita Pitts. He graduated from Wellington High School in 1989 and settled in Bolivar, MO. Kevin was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was on the pro-staff for Quaker Boy Game Calls for over 10 years and on the Bass Pro Staff for 1 year. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Kevin worked for Bass-Pro Tracker Boats for over 31 years. Kevin enjoyed doing his seminars at Bass Pro and different Wal-Marts. Kevin met his wife, fishing, and hunting partner, Donna Pitts in 1993 and married in 1995.Kevin is preceded in death by his grandpa and grandma Pelline, his grandma and grandpa Pitts, his uncle Jimmy, his mother and father Ronnie and Bonita Pelline Pitts, and great-grandson, Kamdden Woods. Kevin is survived by a brother, Donnie Pitts and sister-in-law Tammy, a sister Ronda Baugust and brother-in-law David, his wife Donna Pitts, his grandson Garrett Cauble, two granddaughters, Logan Carneal and Kylee Smith. His great-grandchildren, Jackson Cauble, Emilynn Cauble, Kailor Smith, and Ensleigh Smith, and many nieces and nephews.Kevin was the best person you could meet. Loved by so many. He touched the heart of everyone he met. He did not know a stranger. He was a kind, generous, loving soul, and will certainly be missed by many.
