Kimberly Fisher's Obituary
Kimberly Rene` Fisher, daughter of Kenneth and Phyllis Wright Fisher, was born December 28, 1961, in San Francisco, California and departed this life May 3, 2009 in Independence, Missouri at the age of forty-seven years, four months and five days. She was preceded in death by her mother. Kimberly is survived by her daughter, Megan Fisher of Independence, Missouri; her father, Kenneth Fisher and his wife, Verlee of Bonner Springs, Kansas; a sister, Kelly Fisherisbell, two nieces, Robey Isbell and Miranda Fisherisbell, two aunts, Lou Forrest and Glenda Fisher, all of Independence, Missouri; one uncle, Kenneth Wright, of Mansfield, Missouri; as well as other relatives and friends. She was born in California and moved at a young age to Missouri. She lived in Mansfield for a short period of time but lived most of her life in the Independence, Missouri, area where she graduated from high school. She worked for Housing and Urban Development as a program assistant. Kimberly made her profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church in Independence. In her spare time, she liked to go on walks, shopping, watching movies, puzzles and reading. Kimberly was a loving mother, sister, aunt and niece and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and will cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday May 8, 2009 at the Macomb Cemetery in Macomb, Missouri. Visitation will be Friday 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the funeral home under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Mansfield, Missouri. Return to top
