Larry Joe "Bo" Edmisson, 69, of Buffalo, Missouri, passed away on July 15, 2025, in Buffalo. Born on December 31, 1955, in Springfield, Missouri, Larry lived a life rooted in family, music, and simple joys. Larry was a man who found happiness in the everyday moments-whether strumming his guitar, casting a line into the water on a quiet fishing trip, or racing virtually with friends through SIM racing. His easygoing nature made him a joy to be around. He had a calm presence that welcomed others and made them feel at ease. He was known for going with the flow and embracing whatever life brought his way. Family was always at the heart of Larry's world, He cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren and made it a priority to be present in their lives. His love for them was evident in the way he showed up-steadfastly and without hesitation. Larry is survived by his three children: daughter Misty Sexton and her husband Justin Sexton, along with their children Aidan and Krissi-Lynn Sexton; daughter Crissy Tate and her husband lsacc Tate, along with their children Kody Wiertzema and Colton Tate; and son Larry Edmisson and his wife Miranda Edmisson, along with their daughters Addy and Ellie Edmisson. He also leaves behind one great-granddaughter, Arabella Wiertzema. He is also survived by his siblings: sister, Deborah Jett and her husband Floyd; sister, Brenda Melton; and brother, Steven Edmisson. Larry's extended family includes many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Dorian Edmisson; his mother JoAnn Edmisson; and his father Jerry Edmisson. A funeral service to honor Larry's life will be held at a later date. Larry Joe "Bo" Edmisson will be remembered for his gentle spirit, unwavering love for family, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
