Larry Myers' Obituary
Larry Wayne Myers, son of Arley Mack and Bertha Louise Wilson Myers, was born July 17, 1966, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Tuesday, June 23, 2009, in St. John’s Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of forty-two years, eleven months, and six days. On November 7, 1998, in Eldridge, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Pamela Sue Marsh Stewart, and together they shared the last ten years. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a step-granddaughter, Salena. Larry is survived by his wife, Pamela, of the home; five stepchildren, Jonny and Troy Stewart, Jason Stewart, and his wife, Becky, Shane Stewart, and his wife, Kristy, and Sara Stewart, all of Lebanon, Missouri; nine step-grandchildren; four brothers, Macky Myers, of China, Presley Myers, and his wife, Cindy, of Eldridge, Missouri, Jerry Myers, and his wife, Tammy, of Odessa, Missouri, and Gary Myers, and his wife, Linda, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sisters, Lecia Lane, and her husband, Ron, of Eldridge, Missouri, and Teresa Titus, and her husband, Troy, of Lebanon, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was raised in the Lebanon and Sleeper area and attended Stoutland High School. Throughout most of his life he worked as a truck driver for various companies and made his home in the Lebanon area. After he and Pamela were married, they made their home near Lebanon. Larry had made his profession of faith in Christ and was baptized and had attended Community Baptist Church near Lebanon. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors where his favorite activity was fishing. Since he was a small child he always liked spending time on the river. He also enjoyed having coffee with his friends and buddies at local restaurants. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and will treasure the memories he made for his family and friends Services will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday June 25, 2009 at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Crossroads Cemetery. Visitation will follow service under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Lebanon, Missouri.
