Larry "Harry" Parks (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Larry Junior Parks, son of the late Melba Wanda Parks, was born on December 21, 1953 at Parks Airforce Base in California and departed this life on November 6, 2018 at his home near Tunas, Missouri. At the time of his passing he was 64 years, 10 months, and 14 days of age.
“Harry” Larry served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He was united in marriage to Jackie Elain Bussard on October 31, 2000. He was a passionate member of the Galloping Goose and had many close brothers he considered family. He was a devoted husband and was always a man of his word. He was loyal to he wife, his family, and his club.
Harry Larry was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his wife Jackie of the home; three children, Taliea & husband Shane McKinney of Buffalo, MO, Billy & wife Sarah Lewis of Fair Grove, MO, and Amy & husband Daryl Hopkins of Ozark, MO; and six grandchildren, Emily, Kendra, Dylan, Blake, Bailey, and Chris. He also leaves his brothers in the Galloping Goose, other family members and many friends who will all truly miss him.
Memorial services will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Chapel in Buffalo, MO. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Buffalo Toys for Tots Run.
