Leonard Bliss (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Leonard Lee Bliss, 63, son of the late William Charles Paul and Helen Maxine (McDaniel) Bliss of Long Lane, Missouri, was born on October 4, 1955, in Lebanon, Missouri, and passed away on November 10, 2018.
Leonard was raised in the Long Lane area and attended Buffalo schools. He was united in marriage to Donna Anderson on April 3, 1975. Leonard spent his days on the farm caring for his cattle and tending to the garden. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting and cat fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching them play sports and attending their school activities.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Donna of the home; daughter, Rachel Gabani and husband Michal of Bolivar, Mo.; son Steven Bliss and wife Kari of Long lane, Mo.; five grandchildren Michelle and Lukas Gabani; Brady, Paul Wyatt, and Eli Bliss; four sisters Wanda Hamilton of Lebanon, Mo., Sandra Peters of Buffalo, Mo., Shirley Bliss of Lebanon, Mo., and Jean Taylor of Camdenton, Mo.; and three brothers Charlie Bliss of Buffalo, Mo., Henry Bliss of Seymour, Mo., and Carl Bliss of Long lane, Mo.
Leonard was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wollard Cemetery in Long Lane, Mo.
Memorial Services for Leonard Lee Bliss will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 in the Cantlon Otterness and Viets Funeral Home under the direction of the Cantlon Otterness and Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo
