Leonard Major Couch (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Leonard Major Couch, son of Leonard and Luzene Fry Couch, was born April 9, 1959, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He departed this life Friday, February 19, 2021, in his home, near Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-one years, ten months, and ten days.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Leonard is survived by a daughter, Carrie Ann Couch, of the State of Illinois; a son, Jason Couch, of Wilmington, Illinois; three grandchildren, Gunner Wadley, Ean Couch, and Genavieve; two brothers, Danny Couch, of Lebanon, Missouri, and J.C. Couch, and his wife, Julia, of Kirksville, Missouri; a niece, Angela Couch; his significant other, Sandy “Dawn” Wadley, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in Illinois and then moved to Missouri about thirty years ago. He had worked in the construction business for many years.
He enjoyed being outdoors where he liked to fish and hunt. He also liked searching for arrowheads.
Leonard will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Arrangements For Leonard Couch will be private under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
