Leroy Chenoweth (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Leroy M. Chenoweth, son of Joseph A. and Ann Burnsick Chenoweth, was born, June 19, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life, November 1, 2017, in his home, Edwards, Missouri at the age of seventy five years, four months and thirteen days.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Kathryn Chenoweth and his daughter Lisa Billups.
He is survived by his children Frank H. Chenoweth, Leroy J. Chenoweth, Christine K. Stockbridge, Debbra A. Chenoweth, his brother, Harold Chenoweth, his sister Jo Ann Vandegrift, five grandchildren, Kathryn Johnson, Larry Hunsucker, Felishia Billups, Samantha Billups and Shelbe Chenoweth, and ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In his spare time he loved going cat fishing on the Missouri River and at the Lake of the Ozarks. Leroy even set up a hula hoop off his dock to feed the catfish and carp. He was an avid deer hunter also and even loaded his own ammo.
He was a loving son, husband, dad, grandpa, and great big papa and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
