Linda Susan Booth (Urbana)'s Obituary
Linda Susan Booth, daughter of the late Norman Lorenzo and Louise May (Richmond) Manseau was born on February 28, 1954 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and departed this life on March 5, 2019 at her home near Urbana, Missouri. At the time of her passing she was 65 years and 6 days of age.
Linda was reared and attended school in Massachusetts. She later moved to Paso Robles, California and worked for Walmart and Carl’s Junior. She met Brett Contratto and they worked to together at Carl’s Junior. They later moved to Missouri in April of 2000. They were engaged to be married and spent many happy years together. They worked at Walmart in Buffalo, Missouri together for many years. Linda loved animals, especially horses and donkeys and had rescued many dogs and cats.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, Jay Hughes. She is survived by her fiancé Brett of the home; two sons, Steve & wife Maria Manseau of California and Michael Manseau of Arizona; one daughter, Tina Manseau of California; one brother, Norman L. Manseau, Jr. of California; one sister, Louise & husband Gary Trembone of Concord, NC; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Kay Hughes. She also leaves other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network.
