Linden Wayne Eidson (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mr. Linden Wayne Eidson, age 85, of Walnut Grove, MO passed away at 8:00 AM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at his home after a lingering illness.
He was born in Stockton, MO on September 11, 1928 the son of Wayne Eidson and Dolly Mae (Stewart) Eidson.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church in Dadeville, MO.
Linden was united in marriage to Shirley Gott on October 15, 1959 in Springfield and they had celebrated 54 years together.
Linden considered himself a country farm boy and loved to hunt, fish, farm, ride horses and loved all farm animals. He even for a while did some rodeo events of bull riding and wild bronco riding. He also in his early years drove stock cars and loved the sport of stock car racing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Naomi June Freeze and a son Linden Eidson Jr.
Surviving Linden is his wife Shirley Eidson of the home; one daughter, Lisa Eidson of Knob Hill, MO; four sons, Timothy Eidson of Conway, AR, Keith Eidson of Athens, PA; Jeff Boyles of Kansas City, KS and David Boyles of Kansas City, KS. Also a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Loren and Sue Freeze of Walnut Grove, MO. 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
