Lisa Gay Oliver's Obituary
Lisa Gay Oliver, daughter of Carolyn Bilyeu, was born December 4, 1971, in Springfield, Missouri. She entered her eternal rest on Thursday, December 6, 2007, near Houston, Missouri, the result of a vehicle accident, at the age of thirty-six years and two days. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and a special friend, Vic Kincheloe. Lisa is survived by a daughter, Crystal Lake and her husband, Brian, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sons, Stephan Oliver and Dakota Bilyeu, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a granddaughter, Kenadi Thomas, of Lebanon, Missouri; a grandson, Kaleb Lake, of Lebanon, Missouri; her mother, Carolyn Bilyeu, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, David Bilyeu, of Marshall, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She was raised in raised in the Lebanon area and attended Lebanon Public Schools. In addition to being a devoted homemaker, Lisa also worked as a guidance counselor at the Boys and Girls Home in Springfield, Missouri. Lisa enjoyed being outdoors, camping on the river, and hunting for arrowheads. She was also quite fond of riding Harley motorcycles. Her family was very dear to her, and she loved spending time with them. Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and will cherish the memories she created for her family and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 7 - 8:00 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
