Lisa Kay Olson (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Lisa Kay Olson, daughter of Geraldine (Huxtable) Johnson and the late Robert Johnson, was born on December 23, 1962 in Omaha, NE, and departed this life on March 14, 2019 at her home near Urbana, MO. At the time of her passing she was 56 years, 2 months, and 20 days of age.
Lisa was reared and attended school in Omaha, NE. She raised her family and was a very devoted mother. After her children were older, she went to work for Hales Fireworks, where she ran a warehouse and sold fireworks for many years. She truly loved her job, the people she worked with, and her customers. When she wasn’t working, she spent time with her family, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lisa was a very kind and generous person and devoted her life to helping others.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Robert Johnson; one brother, Greg Johnson; and her long-time companion, Danny Meyer. She is survived by her two children, Chris Miller of Urbana, MO and Aaron Miller of Springfield, MO; two brothers, Bobby Johnson of Omaha, NE and Jeff Johnson of Omaha, NE; three sisters, Debbie Johnson of Urbana, MO, Rhonda Lorenz of Omaha, NE, and Jane Johnson of Omaha, NE; and two grandchildren, Grace and Andrew. She also leaves behind beloved nieces, Angel, Meghan, Kim, Kristin, and nephew Joshua.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 19, 2019 in the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Maple Lawn Cemetery under the direction of the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo
