Lloyd Humphrey (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Lloyd Leland Humphrey, son of Paul Lee and Marjorie Rose Berry Humphrey, was born November 19, 1949, in Fellsburg, Kansas. He departed this life Tuesday, October 11, 2022, in his home, near Stoutland, Missouri, at the age of seventy-two years, ten months, and twelve days.
On January 25, 1981, he was united in marriage to Tina Marley, and they shared the last forty-one years of happiness and memories.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Aspen.
Lloyd is survived by his wife, Tina, of the home; two daughters, Taliesa Humphrey, and Winter Humphrey, all of Lebanon, Missouri; five sons, William Humphrey, of Wichita, Kansas, John Humphrey, and his fiancé, Crystal Monday, of Sparks, Nevada, Jason Humphrey, and his wife, Jene’, of Lebanon, Missouri, Tony Humphrey, and his wife, Melissa, of Stoutland, Missouri, and Cherokee Humphrey, and his wife, Jazmin, of Lebanon, Missouri; son-in-law, Tyrone Clark, eighteen grandchildren, Patty, Dallas, Jillian, Raven, Anakin, Tavin, Brooklyn, London, Xaylan, Jordan, Rainn, Elina, Carmen, Raul, Kheyli, Fidel, Devin, Jaden, and Lili; four great-grandchildren, Eli, Ember, Easten, and Celeste; a brother, Ray Humphrey, and his wife, Nancy, of Wichita, Kansas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in Kansas and then he became a truck driver for a number of years. He was always a hard worker and would also give the shirt off of his back for someone in need. He lovingly helped raise his children and some of his grandchildren as well.
He coached little league and Babe Ruth baseball when his children were young. He liked being outdoors where fishing and hunting were his favorite activities. He also liked watching the Kansas City Chiefs, working on cars, and eating barbeque. He loved his family and liked spending time with family and friends.
Lloyd was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them during his lifetime.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the family home located at 2201 East Road H in Stoutland, Missouri.
