Lona B. Shaw (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mrs. Lona Bea Shaw, age 73, of Bolivar, Missouri departed this life on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri.
Lona was born on January 22, 1939 in Cross Timbers, Missouri, the daughter of John W. Hart and Jewell Lona Bea (Miller) Hart.
She was a homemaker, a caregiver, a wonderful wife, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents; John and Jewell Hart, a son; Jerry Alan Shaw, two brothers; Charles A. Hart and John W. Hart, and four sisters; Colleen Morales, JoAnn Mann, Bonnie Dean McAllister, and Della Young.
Lona is survived by her husband; Jerry Shaw of the home, two sons; Michael Lee Shaw of Woodstock, Maryland, and Bobby Dale Shaw of Bolivar, Missouri, one daughter; Sheryl Ann Ridens and her husband George E. of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, four grandchildren; Sagan Allan Shaw of Woodstock, Maryland, Derek Thomas Shaw of Morrisville, Missouri, Christopher Aaron Ridens of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Jera Lee Ridens of St. Louis, Missouri, one great-grandchild; Caden Lee Grant Ridens of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, two sisters; Wilma Jean Thomas and her husband Donald of Hickman Mills, Missouri, and Wanda Lee Robertson of Kansas City, Missouri, along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends that will forever miss Lona.
