Loren Leffert's Obituary
Loren Homer Leffert, son of Jordan and Lillie Mae McGuire Leffert, was born April 3, 1920, in Camdenton, Missouri. He departed this life Monday, February 27, 2006, in Lake Regional Health System, in Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of eighty-five years, ten months, and twenty-four days. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Cecil, Albert, and George Leffert and a sister, Cleo Leffert. Loren is survived by a sister, Eula Fay Rimer, of Raytown, Missouri; two nieces, Melissa Suddath, and her husband, Andrew, of Belton, Missouri, and their children, Brittney, Victoria and Zachary, and Anna Latham, and her husband, Shawn, of Marshfield, Missouri, and their daughter, Emma; a step-nephew, William Gould, and his wife, Sherry, of Garden City, Missouri, and their son, Chris; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was a life-long resident of Camden County. He had worked in a saw mill as well as being a farmer. In his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Loren was a loving brother and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he made for his family and friends. Servcies will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2006, in the Mt. Horeb Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri
