Louis Dail's Obituary
Louis Morrell Dail, son of Raymond J. and Edna L. (Brown) Dail, was born July 5, 1955 in Seat Pleasant, Maryland. He departed this life Sunday, February 17, 2008, near Seymour, Missouri, at the age of fifty-two years, seven months, and twelve days. On November 22, 1983 he was united in marriage to Glenda Hinds and to this union two sons were born. He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Dail. Louis is survived by two sons, Michael and Sean Dail, both of Springfield, Missouri; a granddaughter, Delilah Dail, of Springfield, Missouri; his father, Raymond J. Dail, of Chinquapin, North Carolina; his mother, Edna L. Dail, of Leonardtown, Maryland; two sisters, Dinata Moulton, of the state of Florida, and Barbara Shelton, and her husband, Tom, of Leonardtown, Maryland; a brother, Thurston Dail, of Covington, Kentucky; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends. He was born and raised in Maryland and following his graduation from high school, he traveled many places working as a carpenter for Marley Cooling Towers. In 1994 he moved to Fordland, Missouri and worked for HBC, Inc. in Springfield, Missouri. He was a member of the Carpenters Union since 1980. In his spare time enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Louis was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the wonderful memories he has created for his family and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2008, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Seymour, Missouri. Services are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Seymour, Missouri.
