The family relocated to Wichita, Kansas where Pete owned and operated a pallet business for several years. In 1994, Pete semi-retired and he and Shirley moved to Mansfield. Pete was not one to sit idle, so he went to work at Wal-Mart in Mtn. Grove in the maintenance department until retiring in 2005. Pete worked hard all of his life and in his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors doing yard work and was always willing to help anyone in need. Pete was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and will cherish the many great times we had together.
