She lived most of her early years in the Lebanon, Missouri area. After she and Charles were married, they made their home near Lebanon, until moving to Springfield, Missouri, in 1963, to follow her husband’s work. Throughout the years, Loverta was a devoted homemaker to her husband, and family.
Loverta had a strong faith in God and had developed her own personal relationship with her Lord and Savior.
In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, working on scrap books, going to flea markets and collecting lions. She loved pets, especially her cats and dogs. She was a very generous person who always put the needs of others before her own. She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed spending time with them.
