LoyJean Wentworth (Seymour)'s Obituary
LoyJean Darlene Wentworth, age 86 of Seymour, Missouri passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, February 26, 2018 with her family by her side. LoyJean was born Tuesday, February 9, 1932 in Chester, Illinois the only child of Charlie D. Thompson and Flora (Kritzinger) Thompson. She was raised in the Hobbs and Carlsbad, New Mexico areas and spent a great deal of her adult life in El Paso, Texas before moving to Seymour around 1999. She was of the Lutheran faith and enjoyed drawing, painting, reading and caring for her family. She married Rodger G. Wentworth on August 21, 1963 in El Paso Texas.
LoyJean was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Rodger in 2004 and a granddaughter Lori Allen.
Surviving her are three daughters, Paula Shirley and husband Bill of Seymour, Missouri, Greta Russell and husband Dennis of El Paso, Texas and Shelly Chadd of Nevada, Missouri; a son Scott Wentworth and wife Cindy of Dallas, Texas; a half sister Charla Bascom of Hobbs, New Mexico as well as 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several extended family members and friends.
