Mabel Nash (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mable Earlene (Hubbard) Nash was born September 7,1933 in Sedalia, MO at Bothwell Hospital as their first C-section of parents, Helen L. Hubbard (Tilghmon) and Earl Hubbard. She was then adopted by Jack Tilghmon.
She married Doran L. Nash on November 22, 1968 in Miami, OK. Earlene worked as a bookkeeper, waitress, cook and toy salesman for the Old French Market in Overland Park, KS.
In 1976, she and her husband Doran moved to Humansville, MO and she was a housewife and cared for her grandkids, Paula and Pat.
After her husband’s passing, she volunteered at the Humansville Senior Community Center where she received a plaque for 400 hours working. She lived at the Humansville Senior Community Housing until 2016 and then she was moved to Riverbend Nursing Home in Lexington, MO where her daughter worked and cared for her. She then moved to Anew Health Care Nursing Home, where she passed peacefully on August 19, 2023 with her family by her bedside.
She is survived by daughter, Helen Gallardo of Lexington, MO; granddaughters, Paula (Randy) Stumph of Kansas City, KS and Angie (Craig) Mansfield of Land-O-Lake, WI; grandsons, Patrick Bledsoe of Bolivar, MO and Bert Jr. (Tiffany) Gallardo of Belton, MO.; great-grandchildren, Nikki (Alan) Toumberlin of Gardner, Kansas, Randy Stumph Jr, Marandra (Jalen) Ross of Kansas City, MO and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
