Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. I served with 1stLt/Capt Baugher while stationed with Marine Corps Communications-Electronics Schools, MCAGCC 29 Palms Ca from 1993-1995. He was the Commanding Officer, B Company and I was his Operations Chief. He exemplified everything you expected of a USMC officer. I have nothing but fond memories of our service together.
