Margaret Lynn James (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Margaret James, 54, of Urbana, Missouri passed away on June 29, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born on April 7, 1963 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Ike and Betty Jones.
Margaret moved to Urbana in 2nd grade, and later graduated from Skyline High School.  She went on to college and taught in Buffalo before going to work at the Coffee Cup in Urbana for her mother. She was working most recently at the McCarty Senior Center in Wheatland.  She met Larry James at the Eagles Club, and they were united in marriage on February 14, 1994, combining their families for a total of five kids.  She enjoyed bowling, making blankets for the grandkids as they were born, baking for the family as Christmas presents, and watching her racecar at the races.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Ike Jones; one son, Lindsey James; and two sisters, Kim and Diane Jones.  She is survived by her husband Larry James; her mother, Betty Jones; three sons, Jason, Clinton, and Toby; one daughter, Angie; eight siblings, Ransom, TJ, Donnie, Ronnie, Charlotte, Jennifer, Brandy, and Doug; 12 grandkids, Rhianna, Hope, Ryan, Elijah, Matthew, Breanna, Sara, Riley, Micah, Piper, Talia, and Clinton; and two great-grandkids, Julian and Gabriel.  She will be greatly missed by a large and loving family.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at the Cantlon Otterness Funeral Chapel in Buffalo with Bro. Donnie Jennings officiating.  Escorts will be Toby James, Jason Jones, Clint James, Larry James, Ronnie Jones, Donnie Jones, Ransom Jones, and T.J. Jones.  Interment will be in the Mission Ridge Cemetery under the direction of the Cantlon Otterness Funeral Home of Buffalo.  Memorials may be made to the Margaret James Memorial Fund and left at Oak Star Bank.  Condolences and online register book entries may be left at www.cantlonotterness.com.
