Margaret C. Watson (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Margaret C. Watson, daughter of Claud and Pearl Gannaway Watson, was born May 1, 1933, near Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, November 17, 2019, in Lebanon North Nursing and Rehabilitation, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-six years, six months, and seventeen days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Stanley and Nelson Watson; and three sisters, Linda and Peggy Watson, and Karen Anthony;
also a nephew, Steve Anthony.
Margaret is survived by a brother-in-law. Paul Anthony, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Irene Watson, of Lebanon, Missouri; two nephews, Jeff Anthony and Brian Anthony, both of Lebanon, Missouri; two nieces, Kathy Wehner, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Susan Sailing, of Carthage, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Lebanon, Missouri, and graduated from Lebanon High School. She had a long career with American Airlines for over thirty years, and made her home in Arlington, Texas for several years. In 2003, she moved to Springfield, Missouri and made her home.
She loved to travel and enjoyed painting in her spare time. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her family was very important to her and she enjoyed spending time with them.
Margaret was a loving sister, aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will remember her fondly and miss her greatly.
All arrangements are private and will be under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
