Mark Anthony Hubble, Sr. (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mark Anthony Hubble Sr. was born in Springfield, Missouri on the 20th of January 1961 to Junior William (Bill) Hubble and Judy Kay Pottenger/Hubble. His Aunt and Uncle Juanita and Homer Robertson played a HUGE role in his life throughout. He attended Willard High School and graduated in 1979. He went on to further his education at the University of Drury where he earned his degree in teaching. Mark married Sheila Faye Greer on January 24th, 1981. They had one child together, Mark Anthony Hubble II in 1984. He was remarried to Dale Randall Fowler on June 25th, 2016. He started working early at the age of 14 for his parents as they owned a Dairy Queen in Springfield. He would also help out at Juanita and Homers dry cleaning businesses. He later became a manager of a Waffle House for many years until he left to work as a server/manager for Western Sizzlin. He was always described as “running” due to how fast and how well he took care of his customers. Mark was no stranger caring for others. He did it his whole life. Dedicated to providing for others and always championing for Equality. Mark enjoyed life to the fullest and always preferred things to be done, “His Way.” He Loved hard. He loved to travel, gamble, sports, collecting currency, feeding and loving on animals, but most importantly, He Loved his family and friends. He always wanted to take care of everyone, and that is exactly what He did to the very end. Mark is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Judy Hubble, His Aunt and Uncle Juanita and Homer Robertson, His brother David Hubble, and His wife Sheila Hubble.
