Marvin E Rippee (Seymour)'s Obituary
Marvin Eugene Rippee, son of James and Manda Josephine Williams Rippee, was born July 29, 1956, in Ava, Missouri, and departed this life on March 26, 2016, in his home near Rogersville, Missouri, at the age of fifty-nine years, seven months and twenty-seven days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Norman Rippee and Wayne Rippee; brother-in-law, Henry Cummins; and a special uncle, Bud Williams. Marvin is survived by his wife, Pat, of the home; two sons, Tony Rippee and wife, Misty, of Seymour, Missouri, and Darrin Kelsay of Diggins, Missouri; daughter, Stacey McGuire and husband, Brian, of Mansfield, Missouri; six grandsons, Dalton, Michael, Matthew, Layton, Alex and Cole; two granddaughters, Morgan and Libby; two brothers, Lawrence Rippee, and Kenny Rippee and wife, Susan, all of Seymour; sister, Betty Pittman and husband, Garrett, of Seymour; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was born in Ava, but was raised on the Finley River south of Seymour. He lived almost all of his life in the Seymour area until moving between Fordland and Rogersville a few years ago. Marvin loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Marvin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and will cherish the many good times we had together with him.
