Mary Creach (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Creach, age 90, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026.
Mary was born September 20, 1935 in Lebanon, Missouri to Herman and Bonnie (Busby) Smith.
On February 5, 1954, Mary was united in marriage to Curtis Boyd Creach. They made many wonderful memories during their sixty-six years of marriage.
Mary and Curtis owned and operated the Montgomery Ward in St. Robert, Missouri for over 18 years. They also loved to travel and owned many motorhomes. They spent many years traveling to the both coasts and everywhere in between. They enjoyed wintering in Florida to escape the Missouri winters.
Mary loved to play Bridge and was an avid reader. You would never catch her without a book ready to pull out. She loved her family and her dogs and her loss is deeply felt by her family.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis; her parents; her son Michael Creach; and granddaughter, Kathryn Creach.
She is survived by her children, Greg Creach (wife Wanda), Susan Wagstaff (husband Jim), Stephen Creach (wife Kathy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Black (husband Doug), Brittany Wagstaff, Jared Wagstaff, Kelsey Connor (husband Josh), Jennifer Creach, Katie Creach, Kyle Creach (wife Molly); great-grandchildren, Alayna Douglas (husband Adam), Zach Black, Hedda Dodds, Jack Connor, Arthur Creach and Bennett Connor; two great-great-grandsons, Everhett Douglas and Emmett Douglas; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
She will be laid to rest in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield.
