Mary Theresa Ethridge (Urbana)'s Obituary
Mary Theresa Ethridge, daughter of the late Johnnie and Mildred Louise (Kizer) Lomas, was born on January 11, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio and departed this life on June 11, 2023, in Osage Beach, MO. At the time of her passing she was 68 years, four months, and 29 days of age.
Mary was raised all over as she was an Air Force brat. She considered Kansas City to be her hometown. She graduated high school in KC. She continued her education and received several degrees including a nursing degree. She owned and operated Mama TNA driving service and was working on opening a campground for veterans near the Lake of the Ozarks. Mary enjoyed singing karaoke with her brother Phill and attending Montgomery Baptist Church in Camdenton, MO.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, Michelle Lomas and Lorrie Lomas-Brown. David Etheridge and husband David Ethridge. She is survived by her children, David Ethridge, Christy Anderson, and Aaron Ethridge; her grandchildren, Jackson, Jillian, Nova, Blythe, Jourdan, and Jacob; and her siblings, Ramona Nelson, Phillip Lomas, Frank Lomas, Toni Lomas, Mitch Lomas, and Alex Lomas. She also leaves other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2023, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Urbana, MO with Pastor Keith Pyles officiating. Interment will be in the Mission Ridge Cemetery under the care and direction of the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Urbana. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home.
