Mary Priscilla Wilson, daughter of Thomas C. and Blanche Pugh Greenstreet, was born July 25, 1920, in the Simlin area, near Abo, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, December 23, 2007, in Christian Health Care, South, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-seven years, four months and twenty-eight days. On March 12, 1947, she was united in marriage to S.L. Morgan, Sr., and to this union a son was born. On March 27, 1953, she was united in marriage to Everett Oliver Wilson, and to this union a son and a daughter were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Wilson; her parents; two brothers, Thomas Clayton II and Charles “Pete” Greenstreet; two sisters, Irene Wilson and an infant sister; and a great-grandson, Zachary David Wilson. Mary is survived by two sons, J.R. Morgan and wife, Connie, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Rickie Wilson and wife, Evelyn, of Lebanon, Missouri; a daughter, Joy McGraw and husband, Frank, of Indiantown, Florida; seven grandchildren, Pam Bakeberg, Victor Wilson, Jon Morgan, Derick Wilson, Darren Wilson, Sr., Serenity McGraw and Corey McGraw; twelve great-grandchildren, Shayla, Ashlee, Victoria, Austin, Makenzie, Mya, Darren, Jr., Tyler, Braydon, Griffon, Haley and Justin; her brother, William Greenstreet, of Kansas City, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She was born in the Simlin community and as a very small child, the family moved to Arkansas. When she was six, they moved to Kansas for a short time, but returned back to Sage, Arkansas, where she graduated from the Melbourne High School. Shortly after, she moved to Fort Knox, Kentucky, where she lived throughout most of World War II. Returning to Arkansas and then to the Simlin area of Laclede County, she met and married Everett. They continued to make their home in the Lebanon area, where they lovingly raised their family. Over the years she cooked in many Lebanon area restaurants. Mary professed her faith in Christ and was a member of the Second Baptist Church. Her family was very precious to her. Taking trips to Arkansas and visiting the zoo with the grandchildren were very special to her. She was an avid gardener, and had won many blue ribbons at the county fair with her entries from it. She also enjoyed quilting in her spare time. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. She will live on in our hearts forever. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery.
