Maxine Irene Ginnings (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Maxine Ginnings was born on May 20, 1962, in Springfield, Missouri to Max and Willa Jean (Barker) Goddard and passed away on October 7, 2021.
She was saved during a revival at the Hopewell schoolhouse in Wheatland, Missouri in 1980 and baptized into Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Maxine was united in marriage to Billy Ginnings on February 6, 1981. Throughout her life Maxine enjoyed gardening, canning, raising animals, camping, fishing, and spending time with her grandkids. Maxine was well loved by all who met her because of her sweet nature and hospitality.
Maxine had a twenty-year career with the United States Postal Service. She began as a rural carrier for the Pleasant Hope Post Office and worked her way up to the job of Postmaster of Dunnegan, Morrisville, and Summersville.
Maxine is survived by her husband, Billy Ginnings; her daughter, Angela Heilman and her two children, Novalyn and Gideon Heilman; her daughter, Sarah Hodges and her husband Beau, and their three children, Travis, Katie, and Luke Hodges; and her daughter, Rebecca Day and her husband Tony, along with many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
