Michael was proceed in death by his Granddaughter Angel M. Leggins and a Baby sister, and his grandparents and his Mom and Dad's sides.
He was from a military family and they went to several different places. His Dad was Sergeant Major George Leggins from United States Army.
After his father retired from the Army his family moved to Mtn. Grove Missouri.
Michael graduated from Mtn. Grove High School in 1978. He joined the U.S Army for while after graduated high school.
