Mildred "Millie" York (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mildred "Millie" Lorraine York, 85 of Flemington, MO passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at CMH in Bolivar, MO. Millie was born September 25, 1937 in Hartford, CT to Joseph Elinskas and Mary O'Bright. Millie married David James York and the couple were married for over 50 years and had six children together. She enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved plants and was known to have quite a green thumb. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, David James York. survivors include her six children, David York, Doug York, Andrew York, Jeff (Lily) York, Marianne (Thomas) Walsh and Jan (Maury) Carollo; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services for Millie will be held 10:30 AM Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visitation will be held 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at the Church, Friday, December 2, 2022. Burial will take place in the Dooley Bend Cemetery, Galmey, MO.
