Mitchell Robert Sivak (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Mitchell Robert Sivak of Falcon, Missouri, passed away in his home Sunday, May 28, 2023. He was born May 16, 1958 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Frank Lawrence Sivak and Beverly Sivak. At the time of his death, he was sixty-five years and twelve days of age.
On November 23, 1985, he was united in marriage to Joanne Miller Sivak. They were the parents of two sons, Jacob and Marc and a daughter, Jessica.
Mitchell was raised in Mequon, Wisconsin and graduated from Homestead High School in Mequon. He landed his first job at the age of fifteen with a construction company. He loved to build things and was excellent at doing beautiful wood turning. He worked hard all of his life and eventually was a self-employed builder. He also had worked as an insurance adjuster for the Pilot Company.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Mitchell is survived by his wife, Joanne Sivak of Denver, Colorado; two sons, Jacob Sivak and Marc Sivak, both of Denver, Colorado; his daughter, Jessica Phillips of Phoenix, Arizona; his father, Frank Sivak of Charlotte, North Carolina; six grandchildren, Miles Phillips, John Sivak, Marissa Phillips, Clara Sivak, Gabrielle Sivak and Alexandra Sivak; two brothers, Scott Sivak of Boston, Massachusetts and Gary Sivak and his wife, Anne Marie of Charlotte, North Carolina; two sisters, Lynda Levine and her husband, Howard and Kim Bishopp and her husband, Jim, all of Charlotte, North Carolina.
He loved spending time with his family and especially loved being with his children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he liked to go fly fishing and golfing. He had a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off his back in order to help. He was a very caring person and will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
