Mylah Faith Spicer, daughter of Michael Jamis and Brandi Nicole (Metty) Spicer, was born Thursday, May 13, 2010, at 8:59 p.m. in Cox Medical Center, South, in Springfield, Missouri. She departed this life, Friday, May 14, 2010, at 8:47 a.m., also in Cox Medical Center, South, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of eleven hours and forty-eight minutes.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Rhonda Metty.
Mylah is survived by her parents, Michael and Brandi Spicer, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; five loving siblings, Devon, Mikka, Brayden, Michael, Jr., and Christian Spicer; her paternal grandparents, Louise Olson and her husband, David, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Lonnie Spicer and his wife, Rose, of Lakewood, Colorado; her maternal grandfather, William Metty, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; her paternal great-grandparents, Oral and Roseanne Spicer, of Golden, Colorado, and Donald and Myrtle Harris, of Vanzant, Missouri, her maternal great-grandmother, Wilma Mabe, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; several aunts and uncles, Kammie Bradford, Daniel Bradford, Christopher Spicer, Alicia Collins, Alexis Collins, Angie Lane, Sondra Thornhill, Jason Metty, Lyndel Metty, and Matthew Metty; as well as a number of cousins and other relatives.
She now resides in her heavenly home and waits for our arrival to be with her. Although her life was brief, we will carry the beauty of her touch and the love we have for her in our hearts forever.
