Myrtie Welch (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mytrie Welch, age 103, of Bolivar, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, in Bolivar.
Born September 29, 1913 in Violet, Mo and died at the age of 103 years and nine months.
The daughter of Roy and Annie Ryan. She married Chester Welch and to this union, three boys, R. J. Freddie Ray and Darrell Gene were born.
Preceding her in death were three sisters, her husband, Chester and two sons. Survivors include her son, R. J. and his wife Jaunita Welch of Bolivar, eight grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
What the heart has once owned and had it shall never lose. Love lives forever, it will never fade away for in our hearts, our loved ones are with us every day.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service, from 9:00 - 10:00 am, Monday, July 3, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, in Bolivar.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Monday, July 3, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, in Bolivar, with Brother Joe Sprague officiating.
Graveside services will follow the funeral, and take place in Greenwood Cemetery, in Bolivar, with Jay Welch, Josh Carns, Charles Carns, Stephen Welch, Tyler Welch, and Chris Welch serving as casket bearers, and Todd Welch, Cory Spinabella, and Ryan Spinabella serving as honorary bearers.
