Nancy M. Bary (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Nancy Michelle Bary, daughter of Robert Franklin Terry and Mary Pearlenne White Terry, was born March 31, 1962, in Lawrence County, Alabama. She departed this life Monday, April 26, 2021, in her home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-nine years, and twenty-six days.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Nancy is survived by two daughters, Mary Terry, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Cheyenne Bary, and her significant other, D. J. Wagoner, of Independence, Missouri; a son, Paul Bary, and his wife, Jessica, of Blue Springs, Missouri; three grandchildren, Lakelinn, Alizae, and Makenna; a sister, Shelia Huckaba, and her husband, Danny, of Tuscumbia, Alabama; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in Sheffield, Alabama and received her education there. She then attended Ray’s Beauty School and earned her cosmetologist license. She owned and operated her own beauty salon for several years. In 1998, she moved to Independence, Missouri and worked in fire and water restoration. She later moved to Lebanon, Missouri and made her home.
Nancy followed the Missionary Baptist faith throughout her life.
She was a talented pianist and liked inspiring others. She enjoyed cleaning, going to Walmart, sitting outdoors and drinking coffee. She loved her family and especially enjoyed having time with her grandchildren.
Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will hold tight to the wonderful memories she made for them.
There will be a private Celebration of Life service Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 4 p.m. at 1600 Twin Oaks Dr. in Lebanon, MO.
