Nancy Beeler (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Nancy Lawrence Beeler was born January 9, 1940 to Bill Lawrence and Hazel Eason Lawrence in Fisher, Louisiana. She passed to her eternal home Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. She passed just three days prior to turning eighty-four years of age.
On June 12, 1958, Nancy was united in marriage to the love of her life, James “Jim” Robert Beeler. To this union four children were born. They shared fifty-one years of marriage before he passed away in 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Beeler; an infant son, Jessie Beeler; her mom, Hazel Lawrence; her brother, Billy Lawrence; a sister, O’Dell Edwards; and her son-in-law, Ron Estep.
Those left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathy Beeler of Lebanon, Missouri; her son, James Beeler and his wife Darla of Lebanon, Missouri; and her daughter Diana Beeler and her husband Ron Flakus of Veteran, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Clint Gann and his wife Tina, Amy Lemons and her husband Chad, Samantha Embry and her husband Jae Carroll; nine great-grandchildren, Seth and Camdyn Gann, Courtney McCanless and her husband Trevor, Rodney Davis, Madison Davis, Liam, Wyatt and June Lemons and Nathalie Embry; two great-great-grandchildren, Wesley and Braylee McCanless; three sisters, Opel Cleveland, Joy Risen and JoAnn Lawrence-Saltzman and her husband Buck Saltzman; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Nancy professed her faith in the Lord at a young age.
She was employed at Fort Leonard Wood for over twenty years. Following her employment at Ft. Leonard Wood, she and Jim took to the highway and drove semi-trucks for many years.
‘Nanny’, as she was called by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loved her family very much. She was stubborn and sweet and was a tough old bird. She went to any length to love and protect her family.
She will be dearly missed, but her family will treasure the wonderful memories they have of their sweet Nanny for years to come.
