Nancy Vivian Palmer (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Nancy Vivian (Owens) Palmer was born on September 20, 1942, in Buffalo, Missouri to the late Clarence and Enola (Davis) Owens. She passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, in Blue Springs, Missouri at the age of 80 years.
Nancy married Charles Palmer on June 5, 1960. To this union, three children were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Deborah, three brothers, and two sisters. Nancy is survived by her daughter Deneice Fernandez, her son David Palmer and wife Karen, four grandchildren, Trevor, Mia, Justin, and Josh, five great grandchildren, Aiden, Alyson, Silas, Emery, and Mariah, two sisters, Erlene Taber and husband Carl, Sue Faulkner and husband Danny, two brothers Dennis Owens and wife Karen, Warren Owens, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Macedonia Cemetery, Buffalo, Missouri. Brother Curtis Owens will officiate. Pallbearers will be Josh Fernandez, Trevor Palmer, Troy Faulkner, Greg Faulkner, Brian Taber, and Jimmie Perryman. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Owens, Tim Owens, and Craig Owens.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Cantlon-Otterness and Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo, Missouri.
