Nancy White (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Nancy Raye (Adams) White was born on September 1st, 1942, in Springfield Mo to Harold and Hazel (Mace) Adams. She passed away peacefully on October 24, 2024, in her home surrounded by her loved ones.
Nancy graduated from Central High School and married John C. White. To this union her only child, John Scott White, was born. Nancy worked as bookkeeper at Mitchem Tire for many years, enjoying her work, the other employees, and the customers who often became her friend.
Nancy is the mom to Scott, mother-in-law to Malinda, grandma to Nichole (Brian) Netherton, and Kyle (Chelsea) White, and great-grandma Nancy to Emily, Laney, Dalia, Paul, and Katie. Sister-in-law to Linda Adams, Aunt to Suzanne (Dave) Martin, cousin to Barbara Loggan, and several great nieces and nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Hazel Adams, her friend of over 30 years Gary Davis, her brother Thomas Adams, and her niece Theresa Tranbarger.
Most importantly, Nancy had recently made a profession of her faith in Jesus Christ and trusted him to forgive her sins. Because of this, we know we will spend eternity with her, and that makes all the difference in how we grieve.
We want to say a special thank you to Seasons Hospice, who have been such a blessing to Nancy and her family.
