Neva Dolores Ingerly (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Neva Dolores Ingerly, daughter of the late Walter and Nellie (Baker) Dameron was born on January 12, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 8, 2021 at her daughter’s home near Battlefield, MO. At the time of her passing she was 88 years, four months, and 25 days of age.
Neva was raised and attended school in Oklahoma. She met Shelton Rambo in Tulsa and they were united in marriage on December 18, 1948 and made their home in Dallas County, Missouri. After Shelton’s passing in 1986, she went to work at Melton’s as a clerk. She later married Marion Ingerly on November 13, 1997. Neva loved to dance and was a member of the Moonshiner’s Social Club. She also enjoyed shopping and hunting.
Neva was preceded in death by her two husbands, Shelton Rambo and Marion Ingerly; her parents; one son, Arthur W. Rambo; three brothers, Derency, Darrell and Donald; and two sisters, Delka and Darlene. She is survived by her daughter, Anita and husband Richard Allen; three granddaughters, Amy Jo and husband John Coulliette, Erin and husband Matt Wright, and Terri Folz; five great-grandsons, Andy Coulliette, Ty and wife Sheila Skarin, Seth Skarin, Shelton Folz, and Allen Folz; one great-great-grandson, Briar Skarin; and one great-great-granddaughter, Jesselyn Skarin. She also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 11, 2021 in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home. Escorts will be Eddie High, Allen Folz, Shelton Folz, Seth Skarin, Ty Skarin, Matt Wright, John Coulliette, and Andrew Coulliette. Interment will be in the New Hope Cemetery under the care and direction of the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery.
