I'm saddened by the loss of my friend, Noel "Windy Dick". I will always cherish our lengthy conversations concerning politics and his eventful life here on Earth. Although he was a tad bit windy, he helped me learn more about the olden days of Laclede County, which my dad experienced as well. I'll miss Noel a lot. Rest in peace, old friend.
