Nora A. Decker (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Nora Allene Decker, daughter of Allen and Nora B. Stock Cline, was born December 30, 1943, in Ray County, Missouri. She departed this life Thursday, June 16, 2016, in her home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of seventy-two years, five months, and sixteen days.
On December 26, 1972, she was united in marriage to Harrison Franklin “Frank” Decker, and to this union two sons were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Frank, on April 26, 1998.
Nora is survived by two sons, Dennis Decker, and Franklin Decker, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Sheila Horton, of Macks Creek, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in the Macks Creek community and graduated from Macks Creek High School. Nora was a devoted homemaker to her husband and family and also helped on the farm, particularly taking care of the animals. She was a loving mother to her sons.
Nora enjoyed reading her Bible and had established her own personal relationship with her Lord and Savior.
She was a very friendly person who never met a stranger. She had a giving heart and was always willing to help others.
Nora was a loving mother, sister, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Idumea Cemetery, and left at the funeral home.
