Patricia Stacy (Bolivar)'s Obituary
"Patsy" Patricia Louise (Lower, Duncan) Stacy, 74, of Warrensburg, MO, formally of Humansville (Bolivar), MO, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at her home in Warrensburg. She was born June 7, 1942 at the family home west of Bolivar, to parents John Clifton and Veta (Hood) Lower. Patsy was blessed with a diverse set of talents which aided her with many careers in life. Her passion for arts and crafts led her to eventually design flowers for Teters Florist. She was an excellent cook with her last job as a PM cook at Parkview Health Care Facility in Bolivar, MO. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Stacy and her first husband John Roy Duncan; her daughter Mary Christine Vokolek; and her parents. Survivors include two sisters Judy Rice and Brenda Barker, her children, Teddy Stacy, Dary and Rick Stacy, Patricia “P.J.” and Joe Stacy, Jean Gregory, David Stacy; grandchildren Justin Hamby and Keri Tuten along with 8 other grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Reverend, Kenny Moulder will conduct funeral services for Patsy, at 3:00 PM Monday, November 7, 2016 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO. Anthony Walker, William Walker, Wayne Duncan, Nick Stacy, Alazena Stacy, Chase Banks and Jason Walker will be active pallbearers with Bill Gregory, Steven Barker and Justin Winder as Honorary Pallbearers. Visitation will take place Sunday Nov. 6th 2016 from 1:00-3:00PM at Butler. Burial will follow services Monday at the Barren Creek Cemetery west of Bolivar, MO. Arrangements under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar, MO.
