Patrick Allen Moore (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Patrick Allen Moore, son of Earl Robert and Eileen Hamilton Moore, was born August 20, 1955, in City Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri. He departed this life Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-seven years, two months and twelve days.
On April 19, 1986, he was united in marriage to Melanie R. Wiederaenders, and together they shared thirty-six years of happiness and memories.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Timmy; a sister, Sandra; and four half-brothers.
Patrick is survived by his loving wife, Melanie, of the home; a step-son, David Sanders, of Lebanon, Missouri; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri worked for a time with moving company trucks and also did security details for various concerts in the area. He then was employed as a security guard for the St. Louis Art Museum for thirteen years.
Patrick was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He had a feisty personality and was known for his smoking pipe and loud music. You never had to wonder where he stood on any subject and was steadfast in his convictions. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed having time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Patrick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
